Downloading Tips



		Having trouble downloading a product? It's rare but it happens. Although all products can be downloaded 24/7, they can also sometimes fail due to overloaded servers, scheduled maintenance, bad connections, power failures, or some other unforeseen event. If this happens, dont panic. Merchants are well aware of it, and they'll also typically e-mail you the download link when fulfilling your order just in case, and a follow up email to make sure you're happy. The original download link will typically remain active for a few hours anyways, so you can usually just resume or restart your download within this time by refreshing or revisiting the link in your browser's history. If you can't.. again, don't panic. Just check your inbox, then contact the merchant directly with questions or for additional support.

Refunds / Service
